Order your passenger plate Directly through the RI DMV

CFRF plates for passenger vehicles are currently available to order directly through the RI DMV.

Once the DMV processes your order, they will mail your new plates, stickers, and registration certificate to you directly.

Please Note:

  • Prior to May 3, 2026, CFRF passenger plates can only be ordered through the RI DMV’s mail-in application form found at the page below.

  • After May 3, 2026, CFRF passenger plates can be ordered either through the mail-in application form or the RI DMV’s online application form.
